Do I need influencer marketing?

What social platforms do you work with influencers on?

We’re usually stick with Instagram, Tiktok, and YouTube influencer marketing. We’re always up for trying new channels, but we’ll only really invest in them once we’re sure that the particular channel will contribute significantly to your brand growth.

Do you have your own database of influencers?

Yes. But we’re not limiting our options to our current database. The group of potential influencers is constantly changing and shifting, and we have seen that every brand has a unique target market. As a result, we prefer to outsource organically on top of using our trusty database. This means we have a broad range of options for you to choose from.

 

Can we choose the influencers for the campaign?

Yes you can! We’ll create an outreach list of influencers we suggest for your campaign and you can go in and approve/deny each and every option before we reach out to them; the power is all yours. However the campaigns that perform the best are generally when our clients trust our judgement. Besides, sorting out the right influencers takes a lot of time, and since we’re here to tackle your hassle, are you sure you want to do it?

Can we provide ideas for the content?

Of course! We love brainstorming with our clients. We’d love to hear your story, past experiences and expectations for our work. To achieve your goals, first we need to understand you, right? However, to maintain a good relationship with influencers and maintain brand a good image, we avoid asking for more than one content revision unless the influencer is the one who doesn’t follow the content brief.

Do we receive ads usage rights on the content created?

If we’re looking for a UGC influencer, then in most of cases you’ll have full digital ad usage rights to repurpose for your ads across your website, email and socials. The only question you need to ask is whether the goal of this collaboration is to get more content, or to raise brand awareness.

In case of raising brand awareness, some influencers charge extra fees, but we’ll always try our best to negotiate the best price for you, and you can always choose whether to proceed with the collaboration or not. At a minimum you’ll be able to repost the content to your owned social channels (while crediting the influencer).

 

Do we need an influencer budget in addition to the campaign fee?

An additional budget is not compulsory but it is definitely recommended. Based on our experience, 90% of paid influencers post the content based on our brief in a timely manner compared to the “free gift” exchange influencers, who tend to be significantly less reliable.

Long story short, it actually takes more time and work to get free gift exchange influencers rather than paid influencers. And we’re sure you just want the campaign to run as soon as possible, right?

How long is the campaign process?

Once the contract has been signed and the payment has been made, we will start outsourcing and reaching out to influencers. This is a continuous process, and it depends on the package you choose.

The next step is us acting as intermediaries and communicating and negotiating with the influencers. All of the admin, sending contract, creating content brief and making sure it is followed. We’ll work on this simultaneously whilst still searching for influencers to keep things speedy.

Once we’ve arranged everything with the influencer, we have around a 2-3 week lead time to see the content/deliverables go live.

With that being said, the process for each brand and campaign can be different, ranging from 1-3 months. The good news is, we charge based on the total accepted influencers, not on the length of the project.

 

How much does your service cost?

We understand that every business has a different focus, goal and budget so our rate can vary depending on your specific needs. However, we have a flat rate based on the number of reached influencers. For example we may do outreach to 100 influencers that you have approved, and that will be the the biggest factor in the final price.

With that being said, we strongly suggest you contact us for the pricing based on your needs and budget.

What kind of ROI can I expect from my campaign?

We all know that in the end, our main goal is to achieve higher sales. But here is how we measure success in influencer marketing: Reach and Impressions, Engagement metrics (such as views). If we get good results in these, then it will lead to conversions and sales eventually.

Let’s put it this way. Influencer marketing is like putting banner in a targeted area filled with your potential customers. The difference is, you can actually see how many people check your brands after the banner placement, how many people are interested in knowing more, and how many people purchase after seeing the banner. These results sometimes don’t immediately turn into money, which is the reason why we can’t promise certain ROI during our collaboration. However, this doesn’t mean it hasn’t worked if it will eventually lead to sales in the future.

ROI or ROIS (return on influencer spend) varies significantly from client to client and is subject to their goals and cost per acquisition targets. However, to help you figure out what is best to help you boost sales, we also have a full scale service to manage your social media ads.

Our focus is our client satisfaction, not getting as many clients as possible as that would affect our service. We want a sustainable business, and we want to grow other businesses.
